Refund and Return Policy
Overview
Our refunds are available for the first 5 days from the date you requested but did not receive an app book access password. If you requested and received an app book password, we will credit you 50% of your initial rental fee towards the next app book rental.
Sale Items, other than app book rental fees – when available
Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded. Software/Plugins that have been opened and activated ARE NOT eligible for return.
